Bhatt, MD, MBA, MSC; Simin Lee, MD, MBA; and Muthiah Vaduganathan, MD, MPH, FACC, advocate for formalized and dedicated pathways for training in implementation science for FITs and early career cardiologists. "Despite growing recognition of the importance of dissemination and implementation science, there has been a lack of widespread training in this form of research," they write.
