Nosheen Reza, MD, FACC
Chair

ACC's Early Career Member Section is the professional home for cardiovascular clinicians and scientists within the first seven years of independent practice, and we are proud to be at the center of the ACC's broader mission to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health for all.

The College's 2024–2028 Strategic Plan is built around four pillars: increasing relevance as the cardiovascular professional home, generating and delivering actionable knowledge, advancing quality and equity of care, and sustaining the organization for the future. As Early Career members, you are essential to realizing this vision. The questions you are asking, the science you are generating and the care you are providing are actively shaping the future of our field.

Through our work groups, mentorship programs and engagement opportunities at scientific meetings and beyond, the Early Career Member Section works to ensure you have the clinical tools, connections and professional development resources you need at every stage of this foundational chapter of your career. We are committed to advancing a community that reflects the values of professionalism, excellence and equity that guide the ACC.

I warmly invite you to get involved! Volunteer for a work group, connect with colleagues, and bring your perspective and energy to the work ahead. It is an honor to serve as your Chair, and I look forward to everything we will accomplish together!

Sincerely,

Nosheen Reza, MD, FACC
