The objective of the ACHD Work Group is to promote advocacy, education, quality of care and research on behalf of adults with congenital heart disease.
Advocacy Work Group
The objective of the Advocacy Work Group is to participate in communications, updates and discussions on advocacy issues affecting the congenital heart disease community.
Quality Work Group
The objective of the Quality Work Group is to support the development of meaningful clinical metrics in pediatric and congenital cardiology.
Education Work Group
The objective of the Education Work Group is to support the creation and development of education programming designed to benefit the pediatric and congenital cardiology community.
Publication and Communications Work Group
The objective of the Publication and Communication Work Group is to provide editorial support and content development for the Congenital Heart Disease and Pediatric Cardiology Clinical Topic Collection.

Mission
The mission of the ACHD FIT WG is to advocate for ACHD fellowship training and support ACHD FITs in their career path.

Membership
Each trainee enrolled in a two-year ACHD fellowship program and holding the status of ACC ACPC FIT member is eligible for membership in the ACHD FIT WG. In order to join the ACHD FIT WG listserve and qualifying for governance of the WG, an eligible trainee ought to opt in by registering with the WG.
