Message From the Chair

Welcome to ACC's Federal Member Section!

The Federal Member Section strives to serve as a point of identification for the Cardiology team to find, develop and implement initiatives related to strengthening and enhancing the Federal perspective within the ACC. Read more >>>

While our goal aligns perfectly with the ACC Strategy, there are unique aspects of our roles that require a separate section. My hope is that this section establishes a specific connection, within the larger ACC home, for members working in the VA Healthcare System, Department of Defense, Public Health Service, and Indian Health Service.

We are dedicated to establishing collaborations across the heart team to ensure highest quality care for CV patients. Whether you are a Fellow in Training, Early Career member or a seasoned professional, I invite you to join our Section. This is YOUR opportunity to make your voice heard in the College and the Medical Profession as a whole - we can't do it without you.

Sincerely,

Todd C. Villines, MD, FACC
