The goal of the webinar on home-based cardiac rehabilitation is to provide an overview and discuss its efficacy and practical implementation. We will discuss the science behind HBCR, as well as our experience with it at our VA medical center. We will also discuss the use of smartphone and wearable technologies as an additional tool in HBCR.
