He explains that retirement is not an easy decision, and while it is a fabulous ride for a long time, sometimes it is time to get off the train. "As you descend to the platform, think back to those few bags you left behind at the station when you boarded. Find and open them. You may be surprised at what plans you had in them," Block writes.
