The goal of the guideline is to cut through the noise and serve as a comprehensive yet targeted source on the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease in adults. The new guideline will provide important lifestyle-related recommendations to prevent cardiovascular disease, as well as address other factors affecting cardiovascular disease risk. Plus, on Monday, March 18 at 10:45 a.m. CT a session on "all you need to know about cardiovascular disease prevention guidelines" will take place featuring practical tips on how to use the guideline recommendations.
