The ACC recently launched new tools for both clinicians and patients under the Valvular Heart Disease Initiatives, built to improve valvular care through appropriate diagnosis, referral and treatment. The Mitral Regurgitation (MR) Health System Tool guides clinicians in identifying patients with MR and referring them for advanced treatment, while determining the next steps in treatment.
