Call for Papers: Evidence-Based Cardiovascular Imaging: RCTs, Meta-Analyses and Systematic Reviews
Cardiovascular imaging is growing rapidly, both in terms of new technology and novel avenues of investigation, but high-quality evidence for its utility, especially in positively influencing clinical outcomes, is lacking. To further define the optimal role of cardiac imaging in managing various cardiovascular diseases around the world, JACC: Cardiovascular Imaging is planning a themed issue showcasing quality evidence that defines or clarifies the clinical utility of cardiovascular imaging. Original research manuscripts including randomized controlled trials (RCTs), sub-analysis of RCTs, meta-analysis, systematic reviews, simulation and/or “in silico” studies, and methodology papers that describe planned RCTs will be considered. Submissions are due on or before June 30. Review submission instructions.
