The ACC is seeking comments on a draft of the 2020 ACC/AHA Clinical Performance and Quality Measures for Adults with Heart Failure.

The document updates the 2011 heart failure measure set and presents new measures to evaluate the care of patients in accordance with the 2017 ACC/AHA/HFSA Focused Update of the 2013 ACCF/AHA Guideline for the Management of Heart Failure.
