In a research letter published in JACC, Emily K. Zern, MD, FACC, et al., present the results of surveys conducted throughout ACC's Chief Fellowship Leadership Symposium, which for the past two years has provided leadership and management training to chief fellows who, due to vague responsibilities and lack of support, haven't been able to reach their full potential as essential members of the cardiovascular care team.
