Federal Cardiology Section FIT Travel Awards for ACC.17

Description: The ACC Federal Member Section has a limited number of travel awards available to cover expense for a Federal Section FIT member to travel to the 2017 Annual Scientific Sessions in Washington, D.C.  The award provides funding for airfare, lodging, meals, and ground transportation to the conference that will be held March 17-19, 2017.

Eligibility: All current ACC Federal Cardiology Section FIT members are eligible.  Preference will be given to first-time travel award recipients.  Presenters and non-presenters are both eligible. No more than one award will be granted from any single training program.  Please note that if selected, we will need approval from your program director.

The Award: Travel expenses will be reimbursed for airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, and other expenses up to $1,250 for travel to and from the 2017 Annual Scientific Sessions in Washington, DC, March 17-19, 2017.

Eligibility is limited to Federal Cardiology Section FIT members of the ACC.  Awardees will be selected via random drawing.
