As part of ongoing efforts to capture and report meaningful information and improve patient care, physician leaders of ACC's AFib Ablation Registry are proposing a version update to the registry dataset. Proposed changes include removing unnecessary data elements, capturing the advancement of atrial fibrillation (AFib) ablation procedures since the Registry's launch and including an optional section for capturing follow-up data. The ACC is seeking comments on the proposed modifications. To provide your feedback, review the data collection form and complete the survey by Jan. 17.
