Increasing development and use of anticancer drugs has resulted in better prognoses and long-term survival for patients with malignancies but these drugs have also been associated with severe cardiovascular adverse drug reactions. This study aimed to better define and stratify these risks using adverse drug reaction case reports from an international pharmacovigilance database.
