The 4th Annual Southern California CV Team Symposium, held at the Marriott Resort and Spa in Newport Beach, CA, on Feb. 23, was a huge success with over 95 attendees. Some of the meeting topics included electrophysiology updates, Impella, electrocardiography review, lipid updates, women and heart disease, and eastern medicine practice in the field of cardiology. Yorba Linda City Council Member Beth Haney, NP, DNP, was the keynote speaker on "Health Care and Politics." We look forward to the Northern California CV Team's 11th Annual Symposium this fall in San Francisco.
