Handberg, PhD, ARNP, FACC, examining the impacts on Cardiovascular Team (CV Team) members of ACC’s changes to the governance process. “First of all, [the changes] provides [the CV Team] an opportunity to have a bigger voice,” writes Handberg. “the change in governance structure opens up more than 200+ committee positions providing many more opportunities for interested CV Team members and others to participate in important ACC activities.
