JACC: CardioOncology is calling for submissions for a special focus issue examining the basic, translational, and clinical science in the emerging area of "Bi-Directional Cardio-Oncology." Innovative original scientific investigations rigorously defining the mechanistic and epidemiologic overlap between cancer and cardiovascular disease, independent of cancer therapy, as well as the potential for new mechanistic therapies that can effectively target both diseases would be of interest.
