In an effort to share data, collaborate and develop best practices, ACC's Adult Congenital & Pediatric Cardiology Quality Network is providing an open comment period concerning new adult congenital heart disease metrics. Please review the following documents before completing the survey: the new proposed metrics, the 2018 AHA/ACC Guidelines For the Management of Adults With Congenital Heart Disease, and Building Quality Indicators to Improve Care For Adults With Congenital Heart Disease.
