Beginning this August, JACC: Basis to Translational Science publication will increase from six to 12 issues per year.

The increased frequency will allow Editor-in-Chief Douglas L. Mann, MD, FACC, and the editorial board to publishing even more research with the potential to translate into new therapies for patients affected by cardiovascular disease.

For authors, the new schedule will mean less time between acceptance and their research reaching a global audience.
