Professional Bio:

Heather M. Ross, PhD, DNP, FAANP is a Clinical Associate Professor at Arizona State University in the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation and School for the Future of Innovation in Society, and a nurse practitioner with HonorHealth Cardiac Arrhythmia Group. Dr. Ross is a founding member of the American College of Cardiology Cardiovascular Team, and currently serves as the Chair of the Cardiovascular Team Advocacy Committee. She is an active policy advocate at the state and federal level with extensive professional and political relationships in multiple legislative bodies. Dr. Ross's research centers on health equity promotion in vulnerable populations globally.
