JACC: Case Reports and JACC: CardioOncology are now fully indexed on PubMed Central, broadening access to the journals’ cardiovascular research and educational content. PubMed Central is the National Institutes of Health's National Library of Medicine (NIH/NLM)’s free, full-text archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature, currently holding more than 7.3 million articles

Inclusion in PubMed Central is a testament to each journal’s scientific rigor and reputation for quality. With full indexing now complete, full-text articles from every issue published since the two journals launched in 2019 are now available, and newly accepted articles will be indexed upon publication.

With these latest announcements, research published across eight of the JACC Journals is now more accessible to clinicians and researchers through either PubMed or PubMed Central. JACC: Asia, which launched in June, has not yet been reviewed for PubMed Central indexing – and the recently announced 10th journal, JACC: Advances, will begin publishing in 2022

Availability of these two journals on PubMed Central further advances the JACC Family of Journal’s work to serve as the preeminent resource for cardiovascular investigators, clinicians and specialists at every professional level – a goal that is in line with ACC’s mission to transform cardiovascular care and improve heart health.
