Join the ACC — Special Group Prices

The ACC has developed special membership pricing for groups of 25 or more Cardiac Care Associates.

Groups of CCA candidates of 25 more from the same practice or hospital can receive special pricing. All complete applications must arrive at the Heart House at once. If all applications for membership are not complete and documents are missing, special pricing will not be available.

25 – 39 applications all arriving at Heart House at one time: first year dues of $90.00 and application fee of $15.00 per candidate.

40 or more applications all arriving at Heart House at one time: first year dues of $85.00 and application fee of $5.00 per candidate.
