Get Involved — CCA Local Network

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the ACC Governor and/or Chapter Executive to represent the needs and opinions of CCAs in the area.
• Inform CCAs of activities, programs, etc., as relevant to cardiac care team members.
• Encourage cardiac care team members to apply for membership by discussing the benefits of membership.
• Be the prime contact for CCAs and forward any information from local area to national and relay any CCA concerns/issues.
• Participate in a listserve for CCA Local Network Liaisons.
• Attend local meetings/programs to educate participants on the benefits of Cardiac Care Associate Membership.

CCA Chapter Events

Throughout the year, our chapters organize Cardiac Care Associate Chapter events where local members can meet, network and participate in discussions relevant to cardiac care team members. Stay tuned for pictures and updates on what local CCA Chapters have planned.
