Program Rules
- All ACC members are eligible to participate in this program including
physicians, nurses, physician assistants, clinical pharmacists, and
practice administrators.
- Completed applications with full dues payment, must be submitted with
recruiter's name listed on the top of the application form.
- Applications received without the member recruiter's name will be
disqualified - there will be no retroactive qualifying of recruiters.
- The "Member-Get-A-Member" campaign may not be combined with
other ACC incentive programs such as discounts etc.
- Rewards only apply when prospective member becomes a Cardiac Care
Associate member.
- Maximum discount amount per educational product purchase is $100.
- Maximum discount amount per educational program registration is $40.
