• All ACC members are eligible to participate in this program including physicians, nurses, physician assistants, clinical pharmacists, and practice administrators.
• Completed applications with full dues payment, must be submitted with recruiter's name listed on the top of the application form.
• Applications received without the member recruiter's name will be disqualified - there will be no retroactive qualifying of recruiters.
• The "Member-Get-A-Member" campaign may not be combined with other ACC incentive programs such as discounts etc.
• Rewards only apply when prospective member becomes a Cardiac Care Associate member.
• Maximum discount amount per educational product purchase is $100.
• Maximum discount amount per educational program registration is $40.
