are organized by disease category and address varying levels
of expertise, including basic and advanced.
Plus, in response to feedback from previous purchasers, we’ve
upgraded the video quality so that EchoSAP 6 videos are larger
and in higher resolution than previous versions of the product.
We’ve also improved the user interface by reducing the
number of clicks required to work through the case studies.

Upon completion of this program, purchasers should be able

The American College of Cardiology Foundation (ACCF) is accredited
by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education
(ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
ACCF designates this educational activity for a maximum of
31 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians
should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their
participation in the activity.
Although offering the CME credit noted above, EchoSAP 6 does
not provide extensive training or offer certification in the
field of cardiology.

How is EchoSAP 6 Different Than EchoSAP 5?
EchoSAP 6 includes the 50 case studies that originally debuted
in EchoSAP 5, but the quality of the images in the cases has
been significantly improved (the videos are larger and in
higher resolution). EchoSAP 6 will also include an additional
30 brand new case studies on more advanced topics such as
tissue Doppler, strain, and 3-D echo, as well as an expanded
syllabus text.
Product Delivery Schedule
This product will be released in three phases:
October 2009: The online version of the
product will go live and will feature a syllabus text plus
50 image-rich case studies.
December 2009: The online
version is updated with 30 additional brand new case studies
in advanced echocardiography and updated syllabus material
will be added.
February 2009: A DVD version of the product
will be shipped to all purchasers.
